2. Hosting and server log files

This website is operated on our own servers at [hosting provider, EU location]. When you visit, technically necessary data is processed (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser identifier). This data is used solely for secure operation and deleted after 14 days at the latest.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in security and stability).

3. No cookies, no tracking

We do not use tracking or marketing cookies or analytics services. Fonts and images are served from our own server; no data is transferred to third parties such as Google.

4. Contact form

When you contact us via the form, we process the data you provide (name, email, optionally company, phone, type of business, team size and message) to answer your request and, if applicable, prepare a quote.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (answering enquiries).
Retention: until your request has been fully handled, then for a maximum of 12 months unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Spam protection: to protect against automated requests we use ALTCHA, a self-hosted method without cookies that does not transfer data to third parties. In addition, your IP address is briefly held in memory to limit request frequency and is not stored.
